Pinpoint Ltd is a family-run business specialising in staff safety systems that protect employees at risk of workplace violence. They develop manufacture and install panic alarm solutions trusted across healthcare retail and public sectors. When launching their next-generation P2 product they needed a digital presence that matched their innovation.

Pinpoint’s outdated website couldn’t support their flagship P2 product launch. Working with Represent Comms and iwantthiswebsite I led the brand refresh and UX strategy over 1.5 months. I delivered development-ready Figma files created the P2 sub-brand designed wireframes and provided print assets. I continue to provide hosting and maintenance.

Standing out in a bland industry

Staff safety alarm companies rely on technical jargon and dated designs. I took the opposite approach: clean typography generous whitespace and confident colour that communicates professionalism.
The design positions Pinpoint as the premium choice for organisations serious about employee safety. Within days of launch the client reported multiple new business opportunities.

Creating the P2 sub-brand identity

Launching a new product within an established brand requires balance. The P2 identity needed to feel fresh while maintaining continuity.
I developed a complementary logo system and visual language that gives P2 its own personality without fragmenting the overall brand architecture.
